Three reasons to be thankful today– you woke up, you woke up, you woke up. Praise the Lord!!
I woke up yesterday morning as it was coming daylight. As I was waiting for the coffee to brew, I began to walk thru our home and just began to be thankful. Not asking God for anything just loving on Him.
Later as I began to pour that fresh brewed coffee into the cup, I turned around and noticed the sunlight beginning to come thru the blinds from the windows. I decided to raise all the blinds and as I did, I began to hear the song, “Let the sun shine in–face it with a grin; smilers never Lose and frowners never win; so let the sun shine in; face it with a grin, open up your heart and let the sun shine in.”
This may be a season where you are not having any troubles. But if you are one who is going through the fire right now, just began to be thankful. I believe as you began to have a thankful heart the “Son” will began to shine. At first it may just begin to be a glimmer. Just as I was walking thru our home and began to be thankful, I was not thinking about the sun coming up; it just did in the process of time.
The enemy wants you to remain focused on the troubles you are going through. Began to be thankful, not for what you are going through but on the goodness of God to see you through. Stand on His Word that says, “I will never leave you nor forsake you.”
I am hearing a divine shifting in your thinking. No longer will it be in your mind to give up or give in as you rise up in the power of the Holy Ghost.
The “Son” is shining brightly for you today. The clouds must give away to the brightness of His Glory!!
