For God so loved the world….
The proof of His love is in the Crucifixion! The power of love is in the Resurrection!!
It all started at an empty tomb just on the outside of Jerusalem. The women went back to the burial place to finish the death preparations of Jesus. When they came upon the tomb the stone was already rolled away and the place where Jesus body was suppose to be was empty.
Had it not been for the birth of Jesus there would have been no life lived by the Savior of the world. There would have not been a sacrificial death. There would have been no Resurrection and there would be no hope for living an overcoming life now and no hope for eternity.
Easter- The Resurrection celebration of the accomplished Gospel. Easter should remind us how He was crucified, He died and was buried, he rose again conquering death and giving us new life by His victory and the grace for a life of fulfillment now.
The Spirit of God, who raised Jesus from the dead, lives in you. And just as God raised christ Jesus from the dead, he will give life to your mortal bodies by this same Spirit living within you. Romans 8:11
